Invisible & Living . Still Showing Up

You’re Carrying More Than Most People Can See.

Invisible & Living is a space for the appointments, symptoms, responsibilities, and everyday life that don't stop just because your body needs you to. Here, you don't have to explain why the things no one sees can feel so heavy.

You don’t have to keep all of it in your head.

Some days, it’s remembering what changed. Other days, it’s keeping up with appointments, medications, questions, symptoms, and everything everyone else still needs from you.

This space was created to help you carry some of that differently.

Prepare for Appointments

Walk in with your questions, symptoms, medications, and concerns already organized — so the things you meant to say don't get forgotten.

Track What’s Changing

Keep symptoms, energy, medications, and changes in one place so you’re not relying on memory when someone asks, “When did this start?”

Make Life Easier to Manage

Use simple tools for the everyday details that pile up — because keeping up with your health or someone else’s care is already enough.

A little less to remember before your next appointment.

Your appointment can move fast. This free 5-Minute Appointment Prep Sheet gives you one place to jot down what’s changed, what you need to ask, and what you don’t want to forget.

Some things are hard to explain when you’re the one living them.

There are symptoms you learn to work around. Appointments you prepare for and still leave wishing you’d said more. Days when keeping up with your health is a job of its own. And days when you’re also keeping up with someone else’s.

Invisible & Living was created for those parts too.

Resources for the parts that are easy to forget.

Practical tools created for the things that can be hard to keep track of when you’re managing your health, caring for someone else, or doing both.

I know what it’s like to keep showing up when your body has other plans.

I’ve lived with multiple sclerosis for 20 years while also caring for someone I love. I know what it’s like to manage appointments, symptoms, medications, responsibilities, and regular life at the same time. Invisible & Living grew out of that experience. Not because I have all the answers, but because I know how much easier it is when you don’t have to figure out every little thing from scratch.
